Upon request Quaker Academies will provide an enrollment verification letter for students that are currently enrolled. Please note, students that are not yet enrolled can be provided an intent to enroll letter; but we are unable to state that a student is enrolled until the first day of school for students that apply during the summer.

School districts may request records for students currently attending Quaker Digital or Quaker Prep by sending a records request to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Quaker Digital Academy graduates may have their records sent to a college or employer by using the transcript request form.

We require an official records request or transcript request before student records will be released.
