Users can reset their MaestroSIS password by using the forgot password link on the Maestro Homepage.

Once the forgot password form is filled out the system will email you a reset link. You must click the link to unlock your account and change your password.

If you do not remember your username, or do not have access to the e-mail associated with your account, please submit this ticket.

Please note: the technical support department is unable to reset assignments or tests. Students should contact their Instructional Supervisor or the teacher of the course.

Email/Chromebook Username: Your username is the same as your MaestroSIS username.

Email/Chromebook Password:  Your password must be eight characters long and is typically the same as your Maestro password.

Your username and password can be found in the Instructional Supervisor assignment email that was sent during the enrollment process.
