Maestro SIS Support

The Maestro Student Information System is the centeralized location where all students access their coursework, log attendance, and can communicate with the Quaker Academy staff. Parents and Guardian accounts are used to created new student applications and monitor student progress.

Password Reset Process

Automated Reset

Users can reset their password by pressing the "Forgot Password" link on the Maestro SIS login page. The system will ask for the username or email address for the account. After entering the information, an automated email with a recovery link will be sent to the email address on file. Please check your spam or junk mail folder if you do not see the password reset email. Please note, once you initiate the password reset process your account will be locked until you use the recovery link.

Manual Reset

If you do not know your username or email address associated with your Maestro SIS account, please open a support ticket and the technical support department will be able to provide you with the login information.

Parent / Guardian Account

During the application process the system will generate a username and password for the parent or guardian that created the student application. This login information allows parents and guardians to monitor student progress and receive updates through the Maestro Student Information System. Please open a support ticket if you are unable to login or if you are unable to see all of your students from one account.
