Login Information

Step 1 - Enter your school username. This information is provided during orientation and can be found on your Instructional Supervisor assignment email. For new students, your username is your Maestro SIS username.
 
Username Format: JSmith1234
 
Step 2 - Enter your password. For new students, your password is your Maestro Password.
 
If you are unable to login, please contact technical support.

Troubleshooting

If your Chromebook will not turn on, please ensure the device is plugged in and press the power button for thirty seconds. This issue often occurs after the Chromebook's battery is completely depleted and/or not turned off properly.
 

Repair information

Students that experience technical issues with their Chromebook should contact support as soon as possible so we can repair or issue a new device.

Lost or Stolen Device

Replacement Cost - $250

Replacement cost may be waived if the device is over three years old or at the discretion of the Superintendent.

Intentional Damage

If a device was damaged intentionally (as determined by the Technology Department), the signee will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement (up to $250) before a new device will be issued.

Shipping information

Students, parents and guardians may pick up devices at their local office. Devices will be shipped by UPS if a student does not live near an office location. All shipped devices require an adult signature for delivery. The technology department reserves the right to not ship a device and require an office pickup if a family fails to accept deliver or is within fifty miles of an office location.
