The State Testing Department is responsible for coordinating and administering required Ohio's State Tests to the Quaker Digital and Quaker Prep student population throughout the year. Official communication about required State Testing will be mailed prior to any testing window. If you have recently moved it is vital that you provide the office with your new address. Failure to attend a required State Test may be grounds for removal from our school, or required by State Law (Ohio Revised Code 3314.26).

Students graduating in 2021 and 2022 can meet testing requirements by taking the End of Course Exams in the areas listed below and earning a total of at least 18 points. A Minimum of 4 points must be earned in English I & II; 4 points in Algebra & Geometry/Math I & II; 6 points in Social Studies & Science.
Students entering 9th grade on or after July 1, 2019, may use the competency scores in Algebra I (684) and ELA II (684) as part of meeting their graduation requirements.
In addition, students who entered 9th grade between July 1, 2014, and June 30, 2019, may use the competency scores if they choose to meet the same graduation requirements as students in the Classes of 2023 and beyond.
Students that fall under the Ohio Graduation Test (OGT) requirements must pass all five (5) parts of the test (unless exempted)—Reading, Math, Writing, Science, and Social Studies.
