School districts may request records for students currently attending Quaker Digital or Quaker Prep by sending a records request to records-request@quakeracademies.org. Quaker Digital Academy graduates may have their records sent to a college or employer by using the transcript request form.
We require an official records request or transcript request before student records will be released.
