Quaker Academies holds required state testing sessions throughout the State of Ohio as required by State Law.
The Testing Department schedules testing locations based off of the student's address on file. Students that have moved should complete a change of address form.

Kindergarten Readiness Assessment - Given during the new student orientation or within 20 days of enrollment.
Diagnostic Reading Assessment Grades K - 3 - Given during the new student orientation or within 30 days of enrollment (if it was not already taken).
Dyslexia Screening (Grades 1-3) - Virtual in September/October
STAR Diagnostic Assessments - this assessment is given throughout the school year. For students in grades K-8, the assessment is given online. High School students must attend a proctored session.
End of Course Exams - EOC are given in the Fall for high school students and the Spring for students in Grades 3-12. Exams are given in specific subject areas. All EOC exams are proctored.
ACT - The American College Test is given to all students in 11th grade.
The following assessments are given on an as needed basis: OELPA Screener, Ohio English Language Proficiency Assessment (OELPA), Alt-OELPA, and Alternat Assessment (AASCD).
