Amount: up to $35,000

Eligibility:

Open to students in grades 9-12 by the Oct. 31 deadline

Be a lawful U.S. citizen or permanent resident or have applied for permanent residence
Prepare an original audio essay of 3-5 minutes in length of this year’s topic
